Entry-Level Driver Training - ELDT
Effective February 7, 2022, you must enroll in Entry-Level Driver Training - ELDT.
This is a federal mandate and it was enforced by FMCSA - Federal Motor Carrier Safety Agency!
English Proficiency Rule (49 CFR ยง 391.11(b)(2)):
Commercial drivers must read and speak English. You must be able to talk with the public. You must understand highway signs and signals. You must answer official questions. You must complete required reports and records.

We partner with Marks JCH of Bensonhurst in Brooklyn. They offer free, certified English as a Second Language (ESOL) classes.
You will only be admitted to our CDL program after you demonstrate English proficiency.

Entry-Level Driver Training - Theory, Range and Road
ELDT is about safety! Its goal is to decrease the number of accidents on the road.
We will enroll in our custom-made ELDT program to meet the federal requirements.
You should pass Theory part through interactive modules with 80% score all in English
For Range and Road components of ELDT we will ensure you meed federal requirements.
DMV Road Test will be cancelled if there is no record of ELDT completion.
